2. No Refunds for Virtual Currency
All purchases of virtual currency, in-game items, or other digital goods are final and non-refundable. Once delivered to your game account, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Exceptions – Technical Issues or Mistaken Purchases
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- The purchase was not delivered to your account due to a verified technical error.
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a billing system error.
- You made a mistaken purchase, and the purchased virtual currency or items have not been used, spent, or transferred in your account.
In such cases, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@idlelegends.net within 7 days of the transaction. Our support team will investigate, and if approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
4. Unauthorized Purchases
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases (e.g., by a child or third party using your account). Please ensure your account and payment methods are secure.

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet:
